We have these in stock now, they come prefabricated with some assembly we need to do before we can deliver them but have started final assembly on these. We have 2 layouts, one is with a floor to ceiling window on one end and on the front plus a double slider door, the other layout has an end double opening door and 2 floor to ceiling windows on the front. Colors are either grey walls with black frames as in photo or white walls with black frames.

Size is 5900 mm x 2500mm once assembled and we will include delivery these in the South Island off the back of out big tilt trailers the same as our other units. .

All units have good quality broken ridge aluminum joinery with 5mm blue tint double glazed outward opening windows, multiple power points, lights and an electrical warrant of fitness. We have bought these in following a visit to the factory that makes these and being very happy with the overall quality and finish. The factory these come from supplied portable cabins for the Olympic Games in China.

Photo is one of ours nearly complete at the factory. The ones we are getting have good quality broken ridge aluminum joinery with 5mm blue tinted double glazed floor to ceiling window and dual slider doors on the front and a window on the back wall and in the bathroom. These units arrive as a normal size then the extra section is slid out once on site after the floor is folded down. These have a kitchen and bathroom and are clad over the top of the sandwich panel walls with a wood look foam backed cladding to enhance appearance and have increased insulation effect. Arrival date to us is to be confirmed but expected to be in September/ Price on these will be $31,800 which will include trailer delivery within the South Island and can be pre-purchased with a deposit. .

The model we are getting with the kitchen and bathroom could be a good option for one to two people who are prepared to live compact for example while building or in seasonal work situations. While compact there is provisions for space for a decent size bed, clothes storage, generous kitchen area, a space to eat and a lounge area. These units can be slid back in to the smaller size transport.
